AI agents and chatbots that finish the job
We build AI agents for businesses that run on appointments: they answer the customer in seconds, check what is genuinely free, take the booking and write it into the system you already use — under your own brand.
What an AI agent actually does
An AI agent is not a script of canned answers. It is software that understands what a customer wants, checks what is really true in your systems, takes an action, and reports back. In an appointment-based business that means the whole conversation: the question before the booking, the booking itself, and the change or cancellation that comes after it.
The difference matters because a chatbot that answers but cannot act simply moves the work to your team. An agent closes the loop — and it can only close it correctly if the rules, not the language model, decide what is possible.
- Answers questions from your own prices, menu, opening hours and policies
- Checks real availability in your calendar or reservation system before promising anything
- Books, moves and cancels with a confirmation code the customer can use later
- Collects what you need: name, phone, treatment, allergies, party size, special requests
- Hands over to a human with the full context when it is out of its depth
Why our AI agents do not invent things
The reason most businesses abandon a chatbot is that it made something up: a free table that was taken, a price that does not exist, a booking code nobody can find. We build against that with three layers.
First, a rules engine decides every date, time, duration and price — the model never guesses. Second, a guard sits between the model and the customer and blocks any reply naming a booking, code or price the system did not confirm. Third, the assistant is instructed to refuse and hand over rather than improvise.
- The rules engine owns availability, buffers, notice periods and cancellation windows
- The guard blocks unverifiable answers before the customer sees them
- Every booking is written into your system, so your team sees one truth
- You can try to break it yourself in our live examples — that is the point of them
Where AI agents pay for themselves
Two of these are configured and open to try right now.
The value is rarely the novelty; it is the hours and the covers. A restaurant that answers a guest at 23:40 keeps a booking that would have gone to the restaurant next door. A studio whose artist does not stop mid-treatment to answer the phone keeps the day on schedule.
The same engine runs for restaurants, hair and beauty studios, clinics, gyms, garages and anything else with a calendar. What changes is the rules, the words and the systems behind it.
Built on tools you can keep
We build on n8n, on Microsoft Copilot Studio when a company already lives in Microsoft 365, and in code when that fits better. Everything runs on your own accounts — your calendar, your CRM, your model key.
That matters for two reasons: nothing is hostage to our platform, and every step of the automation is visible and editable by whoever maintains it after us.
Questions we get asked
What is an AI agent, in practice?
An assistant that does not only answer but finishes the job: it reads your real availability, books, moves or cancels an appointment, and writes the result into the calendar or CRM you already use. A chatbot stops at the answer; an agent completes the task.
How is this different from the chatbot in my website builder?
Those answer from a list of canned replies. Ours reads your live data, follows your rules — opening hours, durations, buffers, deposits, cancellation windows — and is blocked from naming anything the system has not confirmed.
Which channels can it work on?
A widget on your website, a QR code, WhatsApp, Telegram and Microsoft Teams, with a clean hand-over to a human when needed.
How long does it take to build?
Two to four weeks for a working assistant, depending on how ready your rules, prices and content are.
What does an AI agent cost?
Every business is different, so there is no price list: we agree the price with you personally after a free 30-minute call.
Tell us what your team answers twice a day.
A thirty-minute call: your bookings, your channels, your tools. You leave with a scope, a personal quote and a date.
